Annette is a senior associate, specialized in the field of global mobility, international tax, employee and employer taxes, social security, income tax and payroll compliance and immigration.
She has extensive experience in advising on and implementing the structuring of international assignments for employees to and from the Netherlands. She also advises foreign and domestic companies on labour supply issues and the WAADI registration of foreign employers in the Netherlands, and on rulings, audits and other issues relating to employer and employee remuneration requirements in the Netherlands.
Annette is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers and holds a and holds a master’s degree from Leiden University .
