Evert-Jan is a partner and heads the Financial Services and Tax Insurance team.
Evert-Jan is tax adviser with over 20 years experience in advising on Dutch corporate and international tax law. He has particular expertise in investment management industry, advising fund managers on all areas of taxation. Next to advising fund managers, he also assists Dutch and global institutional investors on tax aspects in relation to investments.
Evert-Jan is member of the Committees on Legislation and International Tax Affairs of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers, in which role he advises the Dutch Ministry of Finance on tax legislation. Beyond, he is member of the Tax Committee at the Dutch Private Equity Association, and chairs Taxand Global’s real estate and tax insurance service line
